A. Soft Landscape
Landscaping and Irrigation maintenance inclusive of lawn mowing, weeding, trimming, pruning, fertilizer application, insects and diseases control measure, hoeing and checking of irrigation system  as down mentioned:

1. Lawn Maintenance / Football ground: As per PPM

• Mowing.
• Edging.
• Fertilization.
• Insect and disease control.
• Turf weeds control.

2. Shrub and Ground cover Maintenance

• Pruning.
• Fertilization.
• Insect and disease control.
• Bed weeds control.

3. Tree Maintenance:

• Pruning.
• Fertilization.
• Weed control.
• Insect and disease control.

4. Date Palm Maintenance:

• Pruning.
• Fertilization.
• Weed control.
• Pollination, bagging & fruit picking.

5. Insect and Disease Control.

6. Seasonal Flowers:

• Fertilization.
• Insect and disease control.
• Bed weeds control.
• Replacement of seasonal flowers.

7. Irrigation system: Irrigation control:

• Irrigation maintenance to monitor, adjust and manage all automatic irrigation systems as to the proper frequency, duration, and operation of supplemental watering. Minor adjustments include: flow Control, radius adjustment, nozzle cleaning, sprinkler height and level adjustment.
• Maintenance and any spare parts for irrigation pump excluded.

8. Indoor Plants Maintenance

• Attend the plants on a weekly basis.
• Watering the plants as per requirements
• Cutting and trimming of dead leaves
• Applying of fertilizers or plant nutrients
• Applying of leaf shine spray to restore the plants glamorous look
• Applying of insecticide and fungicide if required.
